Firdous Ashiq Awan, Special Assistant to Punjab Chief Minister Usman Bazdar, has said that in view of increasing cases of Corona, severe lockdown could take place.

Talking to media, he said that the citizens of Punjab do not understand the language of love due to which they will have to be strict. The government is going to take strict measures tomorrow.

He said that violations of Corona SOPs were taking place and complete lockdown was the only solution in the province.

Criticizing PML-N Vice President Maryam Nawaz, he said that the cannons of the fake princess’s maids were aimed at the Prime Minister today.

He said that it was said that the PML-N government has never given subsidy on sugar, I want to ask the first lady to read the facts, the subsidy of Rs 27 billion was given during the PML-N era.

Firdous Ashiq Awan said that during PTI era only 2.5 billion subsidy was given while during PML-N era Punjab Chief Minister gave subsidy to his, his brother and relatives’ sugar mills.

He said that Imran Khan should investigate the Rs 2.5 billion subsidy, Usman Bazdar had created a system for sugarcane farmers, no mill owner would be able to exploit the farmer.

“We said the rent-a-crowd would not last long. They were betraying each other. Those who resigned from us withdrew from the resignation process,” he added.
